A native of San Diego, California, Elsa began her career by immersing herself in the surf and salon scene. After eleven years of growing her brand and skills, she ventured east to start a new chapter of her career in fashion and beauty and immersed herself in the New York fashion realm.  Because of her natural editorial proclivity, Elsa was quickly adopted by some of the most influential fashion editorial shooters such as Francesco Carozzini, Norman Jean Roy, Greg Lotus, Russell James, Greg Kadel and Alexi Lubomirski, shooting for countless publications including Vogue Italia, British Vogue, Vogue Espana, Harper’s Bazaar Espana and China and Elle Mexico, to name a few.

Elsa’s hair work possesses a life and sensibility of its own, adding to the glamour of fantasy of her subjects and the ultimate picture. Her ultra cool spirit and her ability to make her subjects feel ultra powerful has garnered her a  list of who’s who in the industry including Tilda Swinton, Tina Fey, Jennifer Lopez, Samuel L Jackson, Cheryl Hines and Paris Hilton. 

Elsa is currently living in Los Angeles but splits her time between NY and LA.
