Elle Gerstein got a very early start in the industry. Her father manufactured nail supplies, so she was always experimenting. Elle started working in salons at the age of 17 and got really got at her craft – so good that her impressive acrylic work caught the eye of singer/actress Jennifer Lopez and has been doing Lopez’s nails ever since.

From award shows to movie set, Gerstein is always creating for her celebrity clients including Lindsay Lohan, Blake Lively, Natasha Lyonne, Kate Hudson, Drew Barrymore, Sigourney Weaver, Hailee Steinfeld, Gigi Hadid, Storm Reid, Jessica Chastain, Naomi Watts, Rachel Weisz, Julianne Moore, Kelly Ripa and Michelle Williams. Elle’s work has graced the covers and stories of Vogue, Interview, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, L’Officiel, Net a Porter and Allure. Elle is also the go-to collaborator for Clinique and Maybelline.
