Bethany Karlyn has been leading the way in the art of makeup since 1986, when she began her career in native Boston. Bethany’s reputation in print media earner her a position with MAC Cosmetics from 1998 through 2000 as Director of Professional Support, acting as spokesperson, celebrity makeup artist and liaison to the professional makeup community. From 2006 to 2008, Bethany served as Artistic Director and Online Makeup Guru for Makeup Mondo, a web destination for professional makeup instruction and internet content for the beauty industry.

Karlyn’s greatest success has come with her creation of PRTTY PEAUSHUN Skin Tight Body Lotion – designing the formula for her celebrity client to give them that Red Carpet glow. Pretty Peaushun has become a makeup artist and industry favorite and must have.
